Brother's War Movie

I don't know how I missed this in the theaters, but I did....there is a movie out called "Brother's War" set on the Eastern Front during the final days of World War II. This is the true story of a British Army Officer, attached to the Soviet Army who discovers a secret that could tear apart the Allies.

He is taken prisoner by the Soviet Intelligence Service, where he finds help in the last place he thought possible, from a German Army officer. It turns out they are both members of the Masonic Lodge, both Masons, and they come together to escape behind enemy lines and attempt to reach Allied Command with a secret that could change the course of the war.

I haven't seen the movie, but it does open up some questions about how Masons reconciled their brotherhood in times of war, and the impact of belonging to an organization like the Masons during WWII

I know that it is figured many of the top ranking Nazi's were Masons, how they dealt with that during the war, when Hitler called for all the Masonic Lodges to be rounded up and closed, is an interesting bit Masonic history. I don't think the movie will get into that, but it is still an interesting thought for me.

The good news is, you can now buy Brother's War on DVD, from Amazon, Here! Brother's War

Here is an official trailer from the movie, Brother's War, not to be confused with Brothers at War.
