DaVince Masterpiece has hidden musical message

I read this in Time Magazine, and saw something about it on the news. In fact, I may have already written something about it earlier. But if I did, I think it may be worth repeating.

Apparently an Italian musician who goes by the name, Giovanni Marla Pala claims he had discovered a musical score in the painting by Leonard DaVinci, entitled The Last Supper.

Giovanni says that DaVinci hid the musical score in the painting, and it took the trained eye of Giovanni to see it in the picture. Giovanni drew a five line musical staff across a canvas and then noticed that the loaves of bread, and the hands of the apostles and Jesus make up musical notes, that read left to right which was apparently common in DaVinci's writing.

Uh-huh, well I gotta tell ya, the snippet I heard sure as heck isn't destined for the top 100 in easy listening. It's a little...well....odd....and so must be Giovanni Marla Pala, just look at his name for heavens sake. It is kind of strange sounding too.

If it is true that the grand master hid the musical score in his pic, than it leaves a person wondering why....something we do very well around here.
