The Holy Blood and Holy Grail - Book Review

Although I have always had a bit of a fascination with history, mystery and unexplained things, the book that really peeked my interest in the study of ancient mysteries and secret societies was and still is, my favorite, The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail written by Michael Baigent, Henry Lincoln and Richard Leigh.

This has been called an explosive book, and when it first hit the stores, it caused a bit of a stir in religious circles and undoubtly in the secret societies, assuming of course that they do exist...*wink*

I will not give away what is in this book, but I will tell you it is an interesting read, and considering the subject matter a fairly easy to understand book. It's also a history lesson. You'll read about The Knight's Templar, The Priory de Sion, Cathars and Crusades, Solomons Temple and mystery, plenty of mystery. In addition, learn about the Rosicrucians, Kings, Queens, Knights and Monks and ancient legends, conspriacies and ancient religions.

This book is probably not for everyone, but for those of us with an undying curiousity and an interest in history, society and conspiracies, it is a must read.
